GoodHire’s new True Me candidate experience lets job applicants access their own background check results through an interactive, mobile-optimized interface instead of wrestling with clunky, static PDFs.

Most importantly, the True Me candidate experience gives job applicants significant control over their information. That way, they feel empowered, rather than judged, by the background check process.

How It Works

In the new portal, your candidates can:

  • See their background check results the way you see them, in the same interactive format you use
  • Save their results and create a True Me account, which lets them take ownership of their background check information
  • Comment on criminal records to help you make an informed, individualized assessment as required by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (learn more)
  • Indicate if any of the results are inaccurate so GoodHire can investigate and update faster
